My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had some cleanliness issues, especially in the bathroom, and being close to the entrance was a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, there was a noticeable electrical burning smell in the room. On the bright side, the service I received was exceptional, especially from the night staff who were able to upgrade our room with no hassle.
